Went to Klinik Mesra Alam checked up my left ear but the problem too serious so ended up went to KK's Columbia Asia Hospital meet the ENT [Ear , Nose , Throat] doctor specialist and fixed it , the feeling is just like growing a new ear :)

After that , went to buy new comp accompanied by Alex
